Not sure what to say?

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I was a student at UIUC and had a summer internship with Dr. Moreno. I admire him cery much. My demuestra condolencies.

I was very upset to hear about Dr. Moreno's passing. He was my supervisor at NMSU, and he was just wonderful to work with. I appreciated his sense of humor and his support, as well as his intelligence. I always looked forward to my conversations with him. I am so sorry for his family. He always spoke of you with such love and pride. Thank you for sharing him with us here in New Mexico.

Robert was my boss and my friend. I appreciated him and his support so much. I am so sad to hear of his passing, it is a great loss.

I am saddened to hear of Dr. Moreno's passing. He was my supervisor at NMSU EFCS in Las Cruces, NM. I often tell people that his support and guidance was instrumental in me applying for and being admitted into my doctoral program in Educational Leadership and Administration. Though Robert had a busy schedule, he always made himself available to listen to my concerns and often provided advice when work-life-PhD program balance became difficult to manage. He was an individual who understood...

I am saddened to learn of Robert's passing. Sending deep sympathy to the family. Robert and I worked together at Syracuse University. I remember co-teaching a class together. He was a steady and reliable force. Prayers lifted for the family's strength in the days and months ahead.

Single Memorial Tree

I just learned of the passing of Dr. Moreno, your husband, Dad, and Grandpa. I am deeply saddened by this news as he was such a fine man to serve under as an NMSU Extension Agent. I work in Albuquerque so I didn't see him often but when he first arrived, we met at In-Service. He was so genuine and real, I knew he was a man of integrity. It was a pleasure working for him as he always responded and was a man of his word. Fair, objective, wise, honest are all words that described him. He will...

I am so sorry to hear this. Robert was a dedicated scholar and administrator - he taught me a lot during his time at Towson. He was witty, brutally honest, and kind. He cherished his family and often shared stories, including making sandwiches with his kids from his "personal basement fridge". He will be missed.

Dear Moreno Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Dr. Moreno was a welcoming kind face at Towson University when I first arrived. He met me with an open mind, put me at ease and laughed with me. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing and I hope hearing of his far reaching kindness warms your hearts. Julia McGovern
