I was sorry to hear about Bob. I knew him at Carolina and afterwards when he lived in the Charleston area. He was very smart, an interesting man and quite a character back in those days. I know he will be missed.

Mose was my first public defender in the early 1980s in the municipal Court in Charleston. He Always Had a kind word for his clients and and inimitable smile on his face. We had a Great professional and personal relationship. I have many stories to share about Bob from those days. Will miss him but he will always have a special place in my heart.
