Not sure what to say?

Yvonne & I offer our deepest condolences on your loss. We have lost “One of the Greatest” from the “Greatest Generation.” What an honor to have served with your Dad for many years on the Archdiocese Union of the Holy Name Society. He was the foundation and the pillar of Holy Name. I am equally proud to have been called a “Brethren of Arms” with him. To quote Gen. Patton, “It is foolish and wrong to mourn such men who died rather we should thank God that such men lived".

Bob always...

Larry, I am sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Bob you were a man of principal who was dedicated to your family, friends and faith. An inspiration too many showing how true grit, determination, optimism and stubbornness can be used to beat adversity. I've been blessed being part of the family and sharing it with you. I am comforted knowing you are with our Lord.

Dad, saying I miss you is so inadequate. Your laughter & voice are with me now. Thank you for showing us what unconditional love really meant. The greatest gift in my life was your spiritual renewal at the Acts Retreat. You came out of the retreat with a stronger purpose to show Jesus to others. I will miss our talks and your amazing memory. You helped me understand the dynamics of world events and how they impact all of our lives. You were a constant learner and taught my girls to love...

With love and utmost respect to my Dad. I miss your mischevious little smile when I walk through the front door. We are all doing well as can be expected, you taught us well. I shined your brass and Moni polished your shoes just like we always used to do. I know you will be looking out for us and interceding on our behalf. Give kisses and hugs all around for me. Until we meet again love, Mary Rose.

Dad you have always been a man of strength. I will miss you greatly.
Love Ceci

Wish we could have met while we were in San Antonio. The last time we met was at the Muilenburg Reunion in Rock Rapids, Iowa.

Dad you have always been a constant strength, a man of great faith and a true example to your family. Your legacy will live on in each generation. You are greatly loved and missed.
