Connor-Healy Funeral Home - Manchester Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert F. Mulroy on October 18, 2023, at the age of 82.  His family always said he had a one-way ticket to heaven and now he gets to use it.  He was the youngest of three sons (often referred to as their mom’s little angels) to John and...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Found on beach Sunday.

Hello, My name is Jeff P. I am reaching out to share that my wife and I were walking at Hampton Beach yesterday, 10/19/24, and we found a small capsule with Robert's name a life-dates written on it. We decided to keep him with us for the day, and he enjoyed the sunshine perched on a rock between our chairs. We told the story to everyone who walked by, and enjoyed meeting some new people. When we got home and did some research, we were thrilled to learn he was a military Veteran (as am I),...

Tracy, so sorry to hear about the loss of your farther, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Bob from 1980-1995. He was a nice guy with a good sense of humor. He was also kind. As a young patrol officer, I had the sad duty of informing Bob of the awful accident. At the wake, before we could say anything, Bob asked me how I was doing, because it's hard to tell bad news to anyone, but especially someone you know. Even at such a tragedy, he put others before himself. It was an honor to know him. My wife and I extend our sympathy to his many loved ones.

Mulsey was the best.

I loved it when Bob was a CSO at the Court. He was so good natured, always smiling. It was a pleasure to be around him. He always had a good story to reminisce about his time on the force. My brother, Pete, had worked with him on the police force and I remember when I was very young Bob and Pete would stop by for a quick frappe at my house. I am so sorry for your loss. He was a special man. Chris (Favreau) Comer.

So sorry to here the sad news of (Pulkas), Bob's passing. He was always a great guy and family man. I know he will be sadly missed. May he rest in peace. Paul

Mr. Mulroy, Thank you for your service RDM Windham NH
