It's been over 3 years now since Dr. Murray passed. I doubt a day goes by that I don't think about him. He knew more about me, mentally, than anyone else I have ever known. He knew how to make you feel like you were "normal" when you said something crazy. He had such a quick whit and a wickedly funny sense of humor. He cared about his patients. He asked about things you had said that others never even heard. He truly listened. He was a great listener. And he was helpful -- kind to a fault,...

When I learned of your passing; I felt an incredible sense of loss. You were not only very intelligent, you were patient and kind. I'm forever blessed by your wisdom.

Dr Murray was one of the most insightful, intelligent physicians I have ever met. His determination in seeking answers for and advocating for his patients has become a rarity among clinicians today. Indeed Robert Murray, you will be greatly missed by all whose lives were changed by knowing you.
