Knowing Major Myers was truly one of the greatest blessings of my life. So often over the years as I have had the privilege to minister, I have found myself thinking about the things I learned from him.
The highest compliment I can give you my friend is that I am closer to the Lord because you were in my life. I celebrate your promotion to Glory!

Sweet, huggable, amazing man! I will miss seeing him at the CFOT library or at lunch in the Terrace room at CFOT. Enjoy God's company in the house that He has prepare for you. Kathy and family, I'll continue to pray for you, sending hugs.

I have known Bob for many years. We worked at Camp Herrick together, served on a gospel team in NEOSA division when we were teens and maintained a friendship through all these years. My sincerest sympathy goes to his family. I met Betty (his first wife) and Kathie (the second wife) when I was a student at Asbury College and knew them both before he met them. He was a faithful witness to the God he served and a role model of a Christian gentleman. May his legacy inspire others to follow...

Offering my condolences. One of my fondest memories (in Canton) was the sermon classes. Major said, If it's less than an hour, it's not enough! My first sermon was five minutes. We laughed, and laughed. I always appreciated his encouragement. He'll be greatly missed.-Jon Jackson

We served with Bob (and Betty) in the Western Pennsylvania Division. Bob and Bernie we are praying for you and your children. God bless you all. "Weeping endures for the nigh, but joy comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5
