Not sure what to say?

Enjoyed many performances of his at chatauqua playhouse! One of the funniest people I've ever known. I'm so sorry he is gone.

He will be greatly missed, and always remembered.

Bob and I went to High School together, although we were a year apart (me older). We did not know each other and only met by chance when I was a Sergeant in Research and Planning Section with the CHP and he was in Special Projects. One day we got to talking and OMG we went to High School together. A friendship ensued. Bob will be missed. Go Encina Apaches!

So sad to hear that you now have your angel wings, my prayers go out to your family. Bob you were such a GREAT coach to the teams that you were a part of. Spread those wings & fly... RIP Bob

I am so sorry the hear this. Bob played my Santa for years at the OLG Craft Bazaar. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met.

What a huge, sad loss for his Highway Patrol family and friends. He was definitely one-of-a-kind -- funny, a gifted writer, and dedicated to the CHP . And those odes! He will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to his family.

I think of you often. Tell Nancy and Pheobe "Hi"
