Robert's Family,
I just want to express my sympathy belatedly; Robert was one of the first people I met when arriving in kalamazoo. He opened up his home to me without hesitation and helped to make my transition a welcome one. His graciousness & kindness will always be remembered...

To Rob family,friends and colleages,
We had many conversation and cups of coffee with Rob over the year at Millwood Dunkin Dounts where we got to know a fine devoted officer.

Your family will be in my prayers..

LOVE YOU GRANDPA!!!!!

Bob Neff was an asset to our community when he served as a foot patrol officer in the Edison neighborhood in the mid 70's.

Not surprising to find he served his community in Texas.

My condolences to the Neff Family.

My father, my hero! As a young boy I referred to my father as "super cop"! I remember wanting to be a Police Officer myself while growing up, wanting to emulate him as much as possible, and even though I followed a different path in life, I will always be very proud of my father, how he served his community his church and his family selflessly and with out complaint. He will always be my Super Cop and I will miss him very much.
