Not sure what to say?

Used Bill´s video just today to fix my dryer . So sorry and sad to hear of his passing. Seems to have been an incredible family man who loved his country. His videos just had a certain quality that drew me to him.

Semper Fi, Marine!

Bill, you served our country and so many around the world with your youtube videos. Thank you! Your helpful legacy will forever be appreciated

I was searching for a repair video for my dryer that was no longer spinning and after many, many, many videos that were not even what I was looking for, I came across Bill's videos and he was my savior. My dryer was not exactly his, but it was still spot on that I could figured it out and did it along with him. I was going to leave a comment and a huge Thanks, when I had heard of his passing. Even though lots of time has passes and I never new him or meet him, from what I have read and...

Like many, I too watched one of Bill´s videos on how to repair a dryer enraging element. When I went to send him a thank you I was struck with despair to see he had passed. You can tell what kind of a man Bill is/was by the videos he put out... this just sucks....just sucks

I just watched a video Bill made on YouTube about fixing a dryer heating element. It was just what I needed. I never met Bill, but he continues to leave a wonderful legacy. He is missed.

Bill, your video presentation skill is top of the top, we learn a lot from you & will follow your wish bringing good deed to others, may you rest in peace.

My condolences to Bill’s family. I am just an internet user that came across his instructional videos and they were so helpful. Then I learned that he passed, what a kind and wise man gone to soon. God bless his family

My condolences, especially to Bill's parents, siblings, wife and children.
I just found one of Bill's electrical outlet videos.
When there is a good video, I like to learn a little bit about the presenter.
