Read MoreI got to know Bob when he was General Counsel at the Department of Energy and I was a political appointee in the office of energy efficiency and renewable energy. I always found him to be very special - with wise advice and a dry sense of humor. I know that he will be missed by family and close friends. He was a very special person.
