Not sure what to say?

We knew Bob and Ronnie way way back about 1970, when I worked at VIMS, in Gloucester County, and lost track after we moved to Canada in 1971. We enjoyed them both as friends for a short time. Sad to know both are gone now, but satisfied to learn about their lives after we moved away.

To Bob's family: Please accept our sincere condolences in the loss of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. May God dry your tears and heal your hearts as we mourn with you and for you. Love and peace to all of you.

Bud and Anne Marie

Many fond memories working with Bob on a number of hypersonics projects, especially during the Space Shuttle Return to Flight effort. Bob had an orbiter model constructed with a full length Macor leading edge. Folks here at CUBRC then painted a line of sensors on the leading edge the find the region of maximum heating. Bob and I then tested this model both at CUBRC and at NASA Langley and compared the results. Learned a lot from Bob and this collaboration. He will be sorely missed.
