I met Mr. Odegard through the Chicago Freecycle group. He was very kind and gave me, a complete stranger, a computer and some other equipment he was no longer using, and generous with his time when I asked him for follow-up advice.

Bob and I served in the Navy together , V-12 in Clinton, Mississippi and unfortunately, I had lost touch with him. We called him the Count because of his elegant demeanor.
