Not sure what to say?

Mr. Oliphant was my first boss and a very fair one I might add. In years to come he became our banker and was always very easy to work with..........you could write a check for a car and call him and he would say I'll cover the check just drop by in a week or so and sign a note...........where do you get that kind of banking service..........

To the Bob Oliphant Family - Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Bob will be greatly missed at the Bank of Odessa and by so many in the Odessa community and surrounding areas.

My father took me in to meet Bob back in 1970. He and the other officers at the bank took care of the Sowers Family for the next 30 years. We no longer live in Odessa and we miss the way of doing business at the hometown Bank Of Odessa. Our thoughts to the family. Terry Sowers Bolivar MO

Bob was a very wise and shrewd man. He helped our family when we built our home, when we purchased new vehicles, etc. for over 30 years. He will be sadly missed.

Bob made the Bank of Odessa what it is today. I was like so many people who depended on his stellar advice and friendship. Over...

Mr. Oliphant was a very nice man and it was a pleasure to do business with him when we needed. Our thoughts are with you.

He is remembered as a friend who helped when we were in a jam.
