Not sure what to say?

I had Mr. Orrel for two years of electronics and went with him to the VICA competitions both years. I still use a lot of what he taught me. In fact that is what brought me here today after working on an electronics project and thinking about him. Outside of my parents he was the greatest positive influence in my teen years. Like many others, I am forever grateful for his time and encouragement. He was always happy, encouraging, funny and one of the best role models a young man or woman...

A truly great man. He was the impetus of my career path in electronics and joining the USAF. He and his wife actually visited me while I was in basic training. Like others, I was thinking of him and just reflecting on the man and decided to look him up. So sorry for his passing but he leaves a legacy that won't soon be forgotten.

God Bless!

sorry elaine about bobs passing you have our sympathyand you and your family our in our prayers

To the family and friends of Mr. Orrell, my deepest sympathies. A couple of weeks ago I was thinking of him and a friend and I was talking about people who have shaped our lives. I was telling my friend about one of my HS teachers who helped shape my life - my electronics teacher! I wouldn't be where I'm at today without his positive influence.

He was an awesome person and I always appreciated and respected his guidance and advice.

Wish I could have connected with you...

It was a blessing and honor to know such a loving man. As he walks beside our lord, he remains in our hearts. Love you John and thinking of you.

So sorry for your loss. I was in Mr. Orrell's FIRST vocational electronics class at CHS starting in 1971. He was one of the best teachers I ever had and he helped shape my career in Electricity and Electronics.. I am glad I got to talk to him last year.. THANK YOU, MR., ORRELL for shaping so many lives.. You will be missed by many... Phil

I am thinking of all of you at this time. He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather to those of you that I am blessed to know. It was an honor to have known him and witness the love and compassion he felt for his family and friends.

Mr. Orrell was my Teacher in 1987 & 88. So sorry to hear of his passing. He was a generously giving man and I value the knowledge and time he gave to me. Mr. Orrell gave me a letter of recommendation for my entrance to College. I remember him fondly.

Janis & family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. On behalf of the MCHS Class of 1974, please accept our sympathy and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
