Robert Franklin Owens

Apparently our photo appeared but not our memorial comment. Judge Owens was a wonderful and engaging man who will be missed by many. He and and his wife Cheer supported conservation efforts in our community and we value greatly that support. We cherish his memory and our hearts go out to Cheer and others who loved him and will miss him. Lisa Rutherford and Paul Van Dam

Bob and I were frieinds from the time we played together as children until the time he was called Home. Not a greater guy in the whole world and He and Cheer always were generous in extendng hospitality to many people. He will live on in my heart as a happy memory. Richard Rogers

Bob was a good guy, highly intelligent and well read. It was a pleasure to become friends with him later in life and outside the world of law. He and Cheer always greeted me in town and seemed happy as they went about their day.
