I am a Cross Fitter in Baltimore. Every Memorial Day, we do the famous "Murph" workout, named for Lt Michael Murphy who led the mission in Afghanistan in 2005 that resulted in 3 Navy Seals killed and Marcus Luttrell (Lone Survivor) being the only one that survived.
