I took my mom, Sandy Plunkett, tonight to pay our respects to one of the nicest men I had the pleasure of knowing, Mr Bob Packer. As a life long friend of my Gramdpa and Grandma (Phil and Evelyn Hissong), Bob always seemed to have a smile on his face. I remember him when I was child and he and my Grandpa always seemed to find a way to have a good time.
