Not sure what to say?

Eva,
Kathy and I are deeply saddened at Bob's passing. Bob was one of my closest colleagues at Arthur Andersen, a tireless worker, intelligent and, most of all, a good friend. Our move from Chicago twenty years ago has caused me to lose touch with Bob, but I will never forget his friendship, good humor, client dedication and his contribution to my own business career. Kathy and I extend our deepest condolescenses.

Eva, My sincere and deepest condolences and sympathies to you and your boys on your lose of Bob. He was a wonderful friend as I always looked forward to being with him on our various golf trips with Don and Jim and others. He was fun to be with - we all loved his humor! Valerie and I so much enjoyed being with you and Bob in your lovely Arizona home last year. Bob fought valiantly as many of our relatives and friends have. He was one of the finest men I have ever known. Bob and you...

Dear Jim and Eva,
Your loss is our loss, and clearly a loss to the world at large, as Bob will be missed by many. Your families are in our thoughts and prayers. Call when you need us.

Eva,

Our deepest sympathies. I will always remember Bob as the partner at Peterson & Co.who wasn't afraid to put me on one of his jobs, praise or criticize me at a time when I was just "the bosses son". His support helped me more than I ever let him know.

Jim and Eva,

My condolences on your loss of Bob. I know how close you were. Words fail me at a time like this. I am thinking of you.

Our deepest condolences to Eva and the boys on the loss of our good friend Bob. Bob was a partner of mine and a friend for over 30 years. He was a man of strong convictions and always followed his heart on what was the right thing to do, regardless of popular opinion or peer pressure. I will miss his great sense of humor, and most of all his unfailing personal loyalty. We take comfort in knowing he is in a better place and that his suffering has ended.

Eva,

In this time of such sorrow, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to Eva and Jim, both of whom I taught with many years ago. I'm told that the golf courses in Heaven are "out of this world", and I hope to tee it up with Bob in the future. Once again, I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Eva,
Bob was a wonderful man and a pleasure to work with. Our family extends deepest sympathies to you in your great loss.
