Not sure what to say?

Our heart-felt sympathies go out to your family with the loss of Bob.

I know his fellow William Penn Classmates that attended the 45th Class Reunion in 2004 will be happy that some of his fellow classmates took it upon themselves to honor Bob that night by presenting him with the framed newspaper articles regarding his cross county and track events from his high school years at William Penn High School in Harrisburg, PA.

He will be greatly missed at our 50th Class Reunion next...

Mrs. Painter and Family,

I had Mr. Painter in elementary school where he was my 4th grade teacher in English. From the time that i had him, English was always my favorite subject in school. He was one of the best and most memorable teachers I had. I remember he always made learning fun.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Mr. Painter will be sadly missed.

Bonnie, Lynn and Kathy,
We were so sorry to learn of Bob's passing. Even in the most difficult times we never heard him complain and he always spoke optimistically. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Bonnie, Lynn, and Kathy
We are so sorry we could not attend Bob's service due to Dave's work schedule. Bob will be greatly missed.
With sympathy,

Bill and Barb, I was very sorry to read of Bob's passing. Bob and your family were a great insperation to me in my teanage years.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I first met Mr. Painter in 1966 when I entered 4th grade at Turbotville elem. He was my math teacher. He was always so kind to me. He also taught me in 5th and 6th grade. Some years later he became teacher to my children in the Watsontown school. Like me, they also thought he was so kind to them and a very special person. I always looked forward to seeing him at open house when I would go with my children. He never forgot me. We always talked about how fast time went by. He will be...

I will always remember him because I had him the year I went on a family trip to the Kennedy Space Center. He was cool. He was in my book of the best of the best.

My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Bonnie and the girls. I will always have fond memories of you out for your walks with your shelties and the chats we had when I was your neighbor in Milton. Bob always had a smile on his face and had an optimistic outlook. I remember his telling me that he bought his first scales from me. He will be missed. God bless you Bonnie and family. You are in my prayers.

Our sympathies, thoughts, & prayers go out to all of your family during this time. We'll miss seeing and waving to him on his "power walks" thru the neighborhood.
