I only had the pleasure of working with Bob for a few years, when, as a young FBI agent I was transferred to the El Paso FBI Office. Bob was one of the friendliest people I've ever met, with an ever-present smile. Shortly after I moved to El Paso, Bob transferred to the Valley.
