Robert "Bob" Milton Pallas, 76, of Gurnee, IL, passed away Monday December 31, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois. Bob was married to his loving wife of nearly 53 years, Sandy (Houts) Pallas. He is survived by his son, Chris; daughter, Debbie; and sister, Dianne (Richard) Barbour. He was preceded in death by parents Milt and Florence Pallas. Bob is a graduate of Milton College and worked as an executive in the Food Industry. He worked at Hunt-Wesson Foods, Campbell Foods and Borden Foods. He was an avid sports enthusiast rooting for The Ohio State Buckeyes and Chicago Bears. Bob was an excellent golfer participating in several Pro-Am tournaments. He lived life to the fullest and will be missed greatly by his family and friends. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation - Robert Pallas Tribute.
Very sorry to learn that Bob had passed. Bob and I roomed together at NIU for 1 year. We reconnected at a High School reunion and caught up on our life history and said we would play a round of golf. That never happen. My condolences to the family. Bill E
