Bob was always very kind when us younger teenagers were in and out of the Panella house in Waban over the many years. It just goes to prove that when you were a young person.. and somebody a bit older than you stopped and ask questions how you were doing - that simple act of kindness can stay with you forever. Rest in peace, Bob.

I was so sorry when Bernie T. called to let me know that RB had passed away. He was a true friend for over 60 years starting at Newton Junior College, where the many memories and laughs began. RB was an active member of the musical group, "The Appletones", where he was our lyricist and coordinator. If you ever wanted to know the lyrics to a song or who sang a particular song, RB was uncanny in the fact that he would know. How quickly the years go by, but the good times will never be...

Requiescat in pace amica meus! Ave at que vale!

Thank you Cousin Bobby for all you did over the years to help your mom and dad. You were a good soul and a dutiful son. Everyone in our family appreciated your "host with the most" efforts providing tea and snacks when we came to visit your mom. Rest in peace and thank you. Mary McKinney Williams
