Robert Carlisle Parrott

Bobby and I were first cousins. His Mom and my Dad were siblings. I went to Lander College in Greenwood. I loved to go to his Moms home as she invited me over for dinner on Sundays. He and I were close in age. I was sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers go out to the family.

Peggy, I was sad to hear about Bob's passing. He was a generous and kind man. I am praying for you and your family and pray for the Peace of Christ to be with you all.

My wife and I attended the home tour in Pauline ago a few years back and I was talking to Robert. I told him that, as a teenager, I had worked with a Bobby Parrot in Greenwood. He looked at me, smiled, and said `that would be me.´ We spent about 20 or 30 minutes catching up on the last 50 years of our lives. Great guy.

Rob and Salley, I was sad to learn of your father´s passing. I have many fond memories from our adolescent days at the lake with "Parrott". He was a great man. My prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time.
