There was no better or more loyal friend than Bob. Like many others, what began as a work relationship (ours in the Schaefer Administration) grew into an everlasting friendship. You couldn´t help but love the man. He had a tremendous heart and went about sharing his love and making a difference for family, friends and his fellow citizens in quiet generosity. And oh so incredibly smart and humorous. For those of us privileged to walk beside him as a friend and learn from him about the things...

I worked with Mr. Pascal through Anne Arundel County for many years. My thoughts and prayers go to his family and friends.

Bob and I had many shared interests. We trained our dogs together at the McKinsey property on Cypress Creek.. Always gentle and kind. He was a trusted confidant.
