I knew Bob as a member of Silver Spring Rotary Club. He was always the perfect gentleman: genuine, warm, collegial, community-minded, and a terrific sense of humor. All the memories I have of him are good, no, great.

I have always enjoyed seeing Bob at the Silver Spring Rotary Club - he was always so positive about everything and loved life. Bob was the Rotary Club's official hugger and he was the best one for the job!
