I knew Robert long ago back when I was working my way through college at Chico State. I think he was truly one of my first customers as I was learning my job. I knew Robert for about 6 years. This was back in the early 90's. Robert was a great customer, and seemed to be a quiet wise man. He would sit back and listen more than he would talk. When he did speak, it was worth listening to.
