May his memory always bring to mind for us the kindness of his soul and the twinkle in his eye.

The news of Robert´s death is shocking. Robert work for my Behavioral Health program through the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs, and was one of the MH providers in the federal VAMC Puget Sound Community Based MH Program that I directed. I spoke with Robert approximately one year ago, as he was reconnecting his private practice to the VA and TriWest. Robert will always be with me. Since 2015 Robert has been with me every other week. His wisdom and charm, knowledge and patience will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Rest in peace.
