Not sure what to say?

Dear Jane and Family: Although we had an all-too-brief visit in Arizona a few years ago, it was a memorable and inspiring time for me. I am sad over the news that Bob was lost to cancer. He was a really wonderful person and I have great admiration for him. I was a Bob Peters fan when he played baskeball at Ohio University back in the 50s.

Bob loved God's Word. That is why I came to know him.
"I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways. I delight in Your decrees; I will not neglect Your word." Ps 119:14-16 Now He has met the Word that was made flesh." Happy memories indeed. Bless you Jane and family. --Pastor Larry Shaw--

I had the pleasure of playing for Bob Peters' son for four years. I learned a lot of life lessons from Coach Jody that I am sure came from his father. My prayers go out to his family.

To the family of Mr.peters I am very sorry for your loss. However there is a hope for him to be resurected. (Act 24:15)

Bob Peters was a phenomenal coach on the court and in life. He motivated me and his lessons will always be forever part of me. He will be missed dearly. Thank you Bob for all you did for me as a player and a person. My deepest sympathies to his wonderful wife and family.
