POLOVINA, Robert G. - Of Flushing, age 82, died Monday, August 13, 2007 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Thursday, August 16, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating. Per his wishes, cremation will take place following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Avalon Hospice. Visitation 5-9PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
