Not sure what to say?

Bob Popp was my brother and I will miss him so much......to me he was the most sensible, courage, level headed person I knew and in the last few years of his life we became very close......this one will take a long time to get over but will nevr be forgotten

My deepest sympathy to your family for your loss. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. May God continue to bless your family.

My deepest sympathy to the Popp family and sincerest gratitude for Captain Bob's effort to make my thesis and the UW-Madison's research trips enjoyable and successful. Lots of stories on the high seas! I wish Bob and I could have one more chuckle about the trips.

Captain of the R/V Neeskay from the Is. of Mackinaw to Milwaukee. Captain Bob Popp will be missed. Captain Ron Smith.

Would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the Popp family for their loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Bob Popp. I only met him a couple of times when he visited our home, (Albert Popp) in Milwaukee. It seems as though as we get further away, we lose our close family contacts. I will remember him in my prayers here in Tucson, AZ. Mark Popp

Thank you Bob Popp: First and Foremost Captain of the research vessel NEESKAY, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Great Lakes Water Institute. We will always remember you for your energy, the pace and standard you've set for us all.
