I worked with Bob in juvenile corrections. He was a joy to work with. He was a testament to what and how people should be. A very fine man.....a perfect example of a gentleman. Our deepest sympathy to the Pounds family in the loss of a wonderful man!

Bob is the nicest guy I have ever known. We had a lot of discussions and he was full of advice. He would help anyone that he came in contact with. If you needed him he would be right there. Would offer help or ever just a smile or a wave it would just make you feel better. Bob always looking on the positive side and help. Our family will miss bob very much. Prayers go out to his family.

Bob was a true gentleman. I worked with him at the Juvenile detention center. I have never met anyone that compared to Bob. He was such a hard worker who put everyone above himself. Prayers and condolences for his family.

I had the privilege to work with Bob for a few years. He was one of the sweetest gentlemen I have ever known. As another person, who worked with Bob, put it...Bob was a class act. My heart felt condolences to his family whom he talked about all the time.
