Visitation is scheduled for Monday, June 4, 2001, 2-9 p.m., at Smits Funeral Homes, Ltd. Smits-DeYoung-Vroegh Chapel, 649 East 162nd Street, South Holland. Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, 11 a.m., at Faith Reformed Church, 1151 East 170th Street, South Holland, officiated by the Rev. Robert Bouwer.
