Robert W. Pruitt

In 1959-60, I was in 9th grade at La Canada Junior High School where Bob Pruitt coached the basketball and track teams. Coach Pruitt was a wonderful man and an outstanding coach. I know I didn't thank him enough for the time he spent working with me on my long jump technique. I enjoyed 9th grade sports competition more than any other teen years because of Coach Pruitt. I regret not making an attempt to get in touch with him prior to his passing to thank him.
