Robert Edward Puhr

This is long over due ....... 23 years later. I hope Seresa you and your family are doing well.......Although we've had a conversation on this once before. There are no words of comfort or loss of losing a child. I know I experienced it myself with my first born son of a first marriage. He was only 6 months old, died of open heart surgery. I remember him to this day and will never forget as well as you and Pat won't..... I can say one thing about Robert I remember him when he was a youngster...

I only met your son/brother once, when we were preparing to deploy to Afghanistan, the memory burned in my mind is of his goofy grin and Pat and him chided each other. The thoughts of all the 622nd MCT are with you in this time of loss.

I don't really know how to start this out. I was a wrestler with Rob on the menchville team. We wrestled together and we were close friends. I can't beleave something like this would ever happen to Rob. I will miss you Rob. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you.

I still cant belive this has happended. GOD has taken a wonderful person out of this world.
maybe he ran out of Angels up in heaven....Mrs and Mr. phur I want to tell you that Iam realy SAD and I feel your pain. I loved Rob w/all my heart he was just like a brother to me. I tryied to track him down every time i came home for the past 3 years. but I knew your family...

Robert and I met while attending Dozier Middle School. He was a great friend. I knew I could always count on him. We continued our friendship into our high school years. My heart goes out to you all. Robert will be greatly missed.
