Working as a young police officer in the next down to Shorewood, I found myself asking Bob for guidance as he was a Sgt.on midnight. Great guy,police officer,and family man..RIP Chief..

Very sad to hear of this news. Chief Puleo was always very kind to my mother and him and I had a great relationship. Wish I could be there for the service. Rest In Peace Chief. Thank you for your service.

My condolences to the Puleo family, Bob and I met during my years as a DARE Officer for Joliet in the 90´s, we also attended several training classes together, Bob was truly a professional in Law Enforcement and when he was promoted to Chief in Shorewood , I wasn´t surprised , you my friend ,are now in The presence of St. Michael and God Retired Sgt.
