Not sure what to say?

DEAR LISA & FAMILY: I WORKED FOR BOB PUMPHREY FOR 7 YEARS (1979-1986)& HE WAS ONE OF THE FINEST PHYSICIANS AND HUMAN BEINGS I HAVE EVER KNOWN. PLEASE ACCEPT MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY. HE WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSON.

Dearest Pumphrey family, I am writing you from Sarasota, Florida but am originally from McLean, Virginia where Dr. Pumphrey treated both of my sons during the 1970's and 1980's for their numerous ear and upper respiratory infections. I always felt like my sons were in such wonderful hands under his professional care. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this sad time.

I am going to miss Bob so much. There are few people that like to fish as much as I do but Bob was one of them. When ever we fished togeather I felt like a kid again. Bob had a way of making you feel that way. I thank God for having the pleasure of knowing Bob Pumphrey.

My Dear Lisa,
What a shock to hear about Bob. My heart goes out to you and the children. I will be calling you soon. In the meantime, know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Joan

Dad, I love you and I'll miss you forever.

Dear Mrs.Pumphrey, Shelley and family,

There are no words to convey the loss you are feeling. Please know that we will keep you all in our prayers and thoughts.

Most sincerely,

The McCarthy family

Dear Lisa and all Bob's family,

My husband, John, and I were so looking forward to meeting Bob on our trip together to the Galapagos. We are saddened at your loss and wish you well. My father, Bob Raborn, was put through medical school by the US Army and served in US Public Health Service. I was born at GW University Hospital. My father died at age 75, also way too young.

Robin Raborn and John Lazlo

Daddy, I'll love you forever. You're the best dad anyone could have ever asked for. Keep 'em laughing in heaven.

Dear Lisa:
I was so saddened to learn of the death of your dear husband Bob.My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time. Just know God will be with you during this extremely difficult time.
Most sincerely,
Nancy Harvey Steorts
