Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to Elly and the entire family.
Bob was a dear friend and colleague for many years. I will never forget him coming in to the labor and delivery suite at Helene Fuld Medical Center at all hours of the day and night, clean shaven with a freshly ironed white shirt and tie and jacket to deliver a baby or to assist another doctor. He was a kind and knowledgeable physician who cared deeply for all people.
I, for one, will miss him very much.
He was respected by all...

God Bless Dr. Bob. He delivered both our sons. One in 1984 and second in 1986. We still have the tee shirts that say "I got my first hug from Dr. Purcell." Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of this marvelous man. God Bless

My sympathy goes out to the Purcell Family. Dr. Purcell delivered my son in 1970 and I can still remember the things he use to tell me just to make me feel comfortable. His funny sayings and nice smile got me thru my 9 months. Good Bless his family

Sorry for your loss, he was a great doctor, he delivered me (1960) and my brother (1962).

My sympathy to the family. I remember Dr. Purcell making a house call when I had the mumps! My family had much love and respect for him.

My deepest sympathy to Elly and her family on the loss of Bob.

Mary Ann Blakeley

"Dr. Bob" delivered by brother in 1958, me in 1961, and my daughter in 1992! He was also my pediatric doctor when I was a child. My condolences to your family.

My deepest sympathy to Ellie and the family. I will always remember Dr. Purcell and Covenant.

My deepest sympathy to Elly and her family on the loss of Bob.
