Robert Donald Quackenbush

I remember Don as a "super executive" as I had started my first job with Central National Life. He was a leader in the credit insurance industry and will never be forgotten.

Don was my father-in-law and as Don might have said, "despite that fact," he was a good and true friend. He was really a good Grandfather, who who endeared himself to my kids through constant intellectual stimulation. He took every opportunity to teach them things about life, which have and will continue to shape their lives, much as he did with his oldest daughter and my wife Sue.

Don and I had a special bond as former Infantry Officers and combat veterans from different wars....
