This man was like a father to me, he had a long standing relationship with my mother from the time I was five years old and he treated me like his own son as well as my older brother and two sisters. He taught me to drive, gave me my first job and taught me too many lessons to list here. When I discovered that his health was failing I rushed back to Buffalo to visit him and make sure that he knew how much I loved and respected him. I was never so proud when he introduced me to all his friends...

God bless you Bob. I'll never forget the stories and jokes you had as we worked long hours for my father Julius. My heart goes out to your family in Buf and N.C. Thanks for teaching me how to drive in that funny looking Volkswagon you created back in 1980.
