He was a great pitcher for the bombers. I witnessed a couple of his no-hitters at Jack Russell Stadium. I played against him in the winter league and I actually got one hit off him. My wife sang for his funeral at St. Catherines' . I wish I had gone with her. I would have if I had known. Jim and Vicky Hagedorn.

We had the honor of working with Bob as his therapists before his passing. Bob stole our hearts with his lively personality and smile. We are so grateful to have known him and to have met some of his family. We are heartbroken he is gone, but he will stay with us forever. Bob was a very special man. Our deepest condolences are with his family.
