I was very sad to hear about Mr. Quinn's passing. I worked under his dynamic leadership in East Timor in 2007-2008, an amazing chief of finance, a strong and fair leader, he was a very supportive person. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his family, may his soul rest in peace, I will remember my first Chief of Finance in East Timor.

I just learnt that Uncle Bob passed on in January 2016. To his beloved family, please accept my deepest condolences. He may have left us but I will always remember the Chief of Finance who was a good friend and mentor when I was with the UN mission in Bosnia in 1996. RIP dear Uncle Bob. Always remembered by Chan Suk Ching (Malaysia)
