Robert G. Rafferty DMD

I have learned only belatedly of Bob's (and Angela's) death - we slipped out of touch in the 2000s following my move back to the UK - and am deeply saddened. I first met Bob at the Tanglewood Music Festival in summer 1992 and we had many memorable visits after that - in Holyoke, Boston and New York.
