Not sure what to say?

Remembering Bob/Esther signing our friendship tablecloth. And many discussions around our table.

During the summer of 1974 I bought a Honda 305 and Bob and I went riding a couple of times to South Haven and over to Gull Lake. What a great time we had to share our lives after college and more. Bob was always so caring and continued to ask questions about my family and what I was doing or going to do. I continue to remember good memories about Bob. Those will never go away.

I truly enjoyed my seminary education and personal conversations with Dr. Rapa; his love of our Lord was evident in all his teaching and life. He was a great role model.

Esther, we just returned from a week out of town, otherwise would have surely been at the funeral. Lorelei and I send our heartfelt condolences.

Sending you hugs and lots of prayers. We were so sorry to hear this. Dave & Pam Lasher

Bob was a really dynamic person and I am so sorry at the loss of him. The Lord takes His children at His choosing but that doesn't make the loss any easier. Bob was faithful in his walk with the Lord and I am glad I will see him again some day. So so sorry Esther

Dear Esther & Family,
I know it's been many years since we've seen each other personally...We worked together for Dr. Gibbons in Forest Hills & I will never forget your precious spirit...I read about Bob and was shocked honey...Know that God's grace is ever so sufficient and you will be in our prayers for faith to endure this sad time...He is in a much better place but the void isn't eased much because of this...We just thank our Lord you and your precious family have the assurance of...

Dr. Rapa was my Bible teacher while I was at Cornerstone University. He was a great man of God and made a great impact on my faith and walk with Christ. My prayers are with your family in this heartbreaking time.

Bob's handshake was full of Christ-confidence; Christ-strength; Christ-life - as was he. Bob will be missed in this life, even as he was so loved and well liked. My thoughts are with you.
