I met Bob when I started working for the Miss Universe Corporation. His set designs were amazing and always a peek into the culture of each city we were in.

Bob had such a sense of whimsy and fun. He always ran around in his red rubber shoes and sometimes even wore a red clown nose to bring a little levity to the day.

He loved life, he loved design, he adored his children and , I thank God, he loved me. I will miss him everyday of my life.

Bob was a kind and gentle soul, who helped me remain "sane"
during those crazy years at The Mike Douglas Show. He was
highly talented but always modest and unassuming. I remember
finding him his apartment on the 1700 block of Spruce Street in
Philadelphia - which he totally reconfigured into something quite
ingenius. I also remember feeding his cat/cats? at one point
when he was away. At the memorial service for Mike just a few
years ago at the KYW...
