Robert and Bill served together in the Legislature. What a wonderful individual and public servant. We are saddened by the news.

I am saddened to learn of Robert 's passing. He was a good friend. His sister, Billie was my friend years ago. He helped my father at the Farmers Market also years ago. His family has much to be proud of. My prayers are with them.

I just learned of Robert's passing and am so very sorry to hear this news. We have lost a great American, Georgian, legislator, gentleman and friend. May he Rest In Peace. Please accept our most sincere condolences and know you are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

Mr. Robert will greatly be missed. He was a warm and kind soul. He always had a smile on his face. Jennifer has taken great care of him and has definitely stood beside him. Rest in Peace Mr. Robert.

My prayers are with the family. He provided good advice through the years.

In 2010 I invited Robert to serve in the CGTC Board to represent Crawford County and it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. He will be missed.
