Not sure what to say?

My Father, Jerry Mitchell, was a good friend of Bob's. When I was young we helped raise their German Shorthair Pointer, Heidi, with our puppy from the same litter that our dog had fathered, Heidi stayed with us for 6 weeks, as their previous dog had died of distemper. My Dad always had high praises of Bob's generosity, and his compassion towards his wife with her long long illness.

Our father, Robert Vedder, worked for R & B for 36 years. He always spoke so highly of the Redies family and was proud to work there. They really took good care of their employees and our family was fortunate dad had such a good job with great benefits. We are so sorry for your loss and appreciative of all the good things Mr. Redies has done for his community and others over the years. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I think everyone would agree that my Uncle Bob was a very successful man. But more importantly, he was a generous and civic-minded man who used his good fortune to make the world a better place. I admire him for a life well-lived. Sincere condolences to Ed, Den, Bill, Tom, LeeAnn and their Families at this sad time. Uncle Bob will be missed.

I'm sorry for your loss. My thanks to your family for looking out for other peoples families by providing employment and community support for those of us who needed it most. My sincerest sympathies at your time of loss.... Michelle W.

Bob and Betty Redies were our next door neighbors when my parents, Clem and Dolores Kruse, built their new home in Ann Arbor. Our families were the dearest of friends for many decades. Bob and Clem were both buddies and business associates. We are saddened by the loss of a strong and good man. Our sympathies go out to Bob's family. Love, Margaret Kruse Connors and Tim Connors

Heartfelt condolences. Mr. Redies will be missed. Keephis memories close at heart. Thoughts and prayers.
