Not sure what to say?

Congratulations on the anniversary of your transition from Labor to Reward. I know you and the other "Bub" are having some interesting conversations.

I was stricken to learn of the home going of Papa Reed. He was a wonderful person who loved God and family. I know words cannot convey the sorrow that is yours at this time, but may the joy of the memories sustain you. May the Joy and peace of the Lord bless and keep you.

A great preacher and teacher, leader and Pastor was he, and will be greatly missed.

Dr. Cedric D. Stricklin

I didn't have the pleasure to ever meet Dr. Reed. However, I feel that I have. Robin, your conversations about "daddy" let me know that he was an incredible man of God and a loving father.
I can only imagine the impact of his loss on the family and those who knew him.
I extend my deepest sympathy to Robin Eddington and the rest of the Reed Family.

I'm soooo grateful for the life of Pastor Reed. For 30 years of my life he's been to me, the perfect example of leadership of family, a TRUE servant of God and His people, and what a man should truly be! My love for Pastor Reed and his family is hard to express and I'll forever be grateful for his brilliant light. We're sad that he's not here with us physically but I smile to think of the welcome he received in Heaven and look forward to seeing him again! To The Reeds, you know I love you...

I thank God for our beloved Pastor Emeritus Robert D.Reed and the impact that he and his family have had on my life and my family's life. He leaves a legacy of true service through his wisdom, kindness, patience, long suffering through his teachings, availability and leadership of his flock, as an under shepherd of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, never to be forgotten. I can truly say we have all been blessed by him, his wife Sister Esterlene Reed,...

Dr. Reed is greatly loved and cherished by many including my family. He will always be dear to us.

This was a Sweet and kind hearted man. Even in his elderly years you just would love to be around him and I especially enjoyed being taught at Southern Bible under him. Heaven is Rejoicing as he'll be one of the "Saint's" the will be riding back on the cloud with Jesus.

Best Regards,

Elder Ivan Draper
