Robert passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Robert was a resident of Falmouth, Massachusetts at the time of passing. Robert graduated from Cranston High School and attended Bryant College. He served in the United States Marines during the Korean War. A visitation will be held at the Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home 74 Algonquin Ave. (Rte 151) Mashpee, on Monday August 6, 2018 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapman Cole and Gleason Funeral Home on Tuesday August 7, 2018 at 11:30am. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the VFW 406 W. 34th Street, Kansas City, MO 64111 www.vfw.org.

Mr. Reid,
Sir, as a fellow Marine I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USMC during the Korean War. The history and accomplishments made by you and your fellow Marines back then are what all us Marines who followed in your footsteps have always tried to live up to. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Sorry for loss. Bob was a great guy!! Even though he was 30 yrs older he always treated me good. Helped me when I was first starting out and took me to lots of Pats,Sox And Bs games. Steve Doherty Highland Liquors Holbrook
