Mayor Reiher was the quintessential ambassador for West Caldwell during his years as mayor. No one who ever heard his "WC' speech will forget how witty and imaginative and charismatic he was. He was truly dedicated to the people of West Caldwell and I am honored to have been counsel to the WC Planning Board during part of his tenure . He will always be remembered as " Mr. West Caldwell."
