Robert F. Rennell Jr 1956 - 2012 FEEDING HILLS - Robert F. Rennell Jr., 55, of Rhodes Avenue died Saturday, after a strong battle against bile duct cancer, in Noble Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born in North Adams, September 18, 1956, the son of the late Robert and Marilyn (Jones) Rennell and has lived in Agawam and Feeding Hills most of his life. Robert owned and operated U.S. Vacuum and Appliance Service Corporation in the South End of Springfield for the past 26 years. He was an active member of the N.R.A., the Mawaga Club and the West Springfield Fish & Game Club, where he participated in all the clubs youth activities, especially the Fishing Derby's. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Glenn Rennell. Robert leaves his wife of 29 years Maryellen (Jerome) Rennell; a daughter Kristin Rennell (age 23); two sisters Hope Paradysz and her husband Dave and Robin Ouellette and her husband Bob. He also leaves a sister-in-law Debbie Rennell, several nieces and nephews and many close friends and fishing buddies. The funeral will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Saturday at 11:00am. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4:00 - 7:00pm. For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.
